Join our dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses at The Heights at Mt. View, our long-term care community in the heart of Victoria. In this role, you will:
- Provide safe, person-centered nursing care to residents.
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams on complex care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments following clinical best practices.
- Promote resident wellness and support care plan implementation.
- Monitor safety risks and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation using electronic health records.

Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nursing diploma with current BCCNM registration.
- Experience in long-term, complex, or assisted living care preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (e.g., Point Click Care).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Under the Master Collective Agreement, you'll enjoy competitive wages, extended health and dental coverage, a municipal pension plan, vacation allowances, an employee assistance program, and professional development opportunities. Level 1 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate of $32.84 to $41.35.
