This role is an ideal developmental opportunity for a student interested in healthcare operations or business administration. 

What You'll Do 

• Receive and distribute materials including phone messages, mail, memos, emails, faxes, packages and other documents and deliveries. 
• Develops and maintains calendars, contact directories and other information records. 
• Develops and maintains an efficient hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Develops a variety of documents such as letters, forms, reports, posters, invoices, spreadsheets, graphs and tables. 
• Conducts research to support projects. 
• Under the direction of the Administrator, plans, produces and distributes a variety of administrative projects such as manuals, reports and communication packages.

What You Bring

Education & Experience 

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education (health administration, business, data analytics, or related field preferred)
• Experience working with data (excel, Power BI, or similar tools). 

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and interpret information from multiple sources.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication. 
• Initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn in fast pace environment.

Employment Details 

• Must meet eligibility requirements under the Canada Summer Jobs program
• Temporary 8-week position
• 35 - 37.5 hours per week
• $18.25 - $19.25 per hour
