The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Finance team in Surrey.
In this role, you’ll turn data into meaningful insights that guide decisions, improve performance, and strengthen how we serve our residents and teams. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and making data useful, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
Turn Data into Insight
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports (Power BI) to support decision-making
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Support KPI development and tracking
Strengthen Data Quality
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data
- Test and verify outputs to ensure reliable reporting
Collaborate & Influence
- Partner with Finance and operational leaders to understand needs
- Support planning and performance improvement through data
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives
Improve & Innovate
- Enhance reporting tools and processes
- Support data modelling and workflow improvements
- Explore tools (including AI) to increase efficiency and impact
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum four years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting
- Strong experience with SQL and Power BI
- Experience with Python or R is an asset
- Experience using AI tools in analytics or process improvement is an asset

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $68,000 – $72,000 (based on competency and experience)

- Occasional travel within BC
- Standard weekday hours with some flexibility
